Baxter is a 4 year old male Border Collie. He will be vaccinated and neutered before rehoming. Baxter has not had a good life, he has lived in a shed since he was a tiny puppy and on arrival was very overweight through lack of exercise. He is so excited and happy to be around people, all he wants is company and love and attention which he has never had in his whole life!
He is full of joy and happiness at being free and is being fostered with three other dogs (2 males and one female ) and is good with all of them.
