Max is a stunning two years old red tricolour Border Collie. He came from an over-crowded home, where the amount of collies, from litters which the owners could not bear to part with, has led to disharmony between some of the dogs. Max was born on 21st Dec 2015, and he had never left his secluded home or his canine family before. Neither he or his siblings had been taken to training or socialisation classes, which is a vital part of raising a puppy. However, Max is very clever, as a ‘working’ dog would be, and although he was shocked at the change, he has started to thrive.

Max has many excellent canine role models here to watch and learn from, and so he could comfortably be rehomed with another dog so long as this dog does not bother him, as Max likes to have his space away from everything. He needs a very special family who know about collies, and have the time and passion to train and nurture him. Once Max has found his forever home, we will collect another of his family.
