Meet our beautiful Sheba, a 4-5 year old male Border Collie. This sweet girl had not seen much of the world before coming to the centre, she can sometimes be reactive towards new dogs, and is nervous of new people and situations. Although her confidence has grown considerably since entering the centre she will need somebody who can show her the world is not such a scary place.

Ideally Sheba would be best placed with somebody who has experience in working with nervous dogs, although this is desirable not essential as we will provide you with a training plan for her. Sheba is a very hyperactive girl and is looking for someone who can provide her with the daily exercise and mental stimulation she needs. She loves being around the people she knows and trusts and she does seem to settle well then left alone in her kennel, therefore once she is happy and settled in her new home she may be able to be left alone for short periods of time.

As with any dog which come from kennels, we cannot say whether Sheba is house trained, however we will provide you with tips and advice on how to overcome this should it be a problem.

Sheba is looking for an active household with no cats or dogs, any children present must be at least 12 years and older due to her nervous nature. Please note that Sheba needs a home with a garden and not just a yard.
